The Borough has a long and proud history of businesses operating within the municipality.

The Borough requires all businesses operating within its limits to register annually under the Tax Enabling Act of December 31, 1965. (View Ordinance Here)

Annual registration helps maintain an up-to-date business directory, supporting local commerce and public awareness. Unless the owner opts out, business information will be publicly listed and promoted on the Borough’s official business directory at Wesleyville.gov/business.

Fee Schedule

• Annual registration fee: $80

• Due on or before February 1st each year.

• A $20 late fee is applied for each month past the due date.
